Arrival for your appointment
As I am the sole massage therapist, I may be with a client if you arrive more than 10 minutes early to your scheduled time. I schedule all appointments with enough time for discussion, forms, And the full time for the service being provided :) .... so arriving more than 10 minutes early is not necessary! If you do arrive early, please be mindful that I may not be able to respond to your call or text until I have finished with my previous client.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we may have to reschedule.
